Meet the Speakers
Phil Little
After joining Plastribution in 2015, Phil now leads the technical team as Technical & Business Development Manager. He is responsible for serving customers and suppliers with technical requirements and bringing new polymer innovations to market in a variety of processing methods.
Martin White
Martin has been in the polymer industry for over 35 years. He gained a degree in polymer engineering whilst working in the pigments and masterbatch industry. His current role is sales manager for both the distribution and direct sales teams which he has been doing for over 10 years.
Dan Jarvis
Dan, a BEng (Hons) graduate in Polymer Science and Engineering, has contributed to Brydson’s Plastics Materials and worked across research, automotive, compounding, and packaging. In polymer sales since 2002, he is now Product Group Manager at Plastribution, specializing in rubbers, additives, and sustainable polymers.
Ashlee Gough
Ash has nearly 15 years in plastic injection moulding and a decade as an electro-mechanical engineer. He joined Sumitomo (SHI) Demag UK’s sales team in 2020. Because of his inherently technical background, Ash takes a more hands-on, consultative approach to the sales process and managing accounts in the north of the UK and all UK packaging accounts.

Smart casual clothes are fine and we recommend sensible shoes to be worn during the practical session. Safety shoes are not required.
