FEISPARTIC F423 POLYASPARTIC RESIN
FEISPARTIC F423 is a solvent-free amino functional co-reactant for polyisocyanates with high purity and a low content of diethyl fumarate.
Properties
- F423 is solvent-free with low viscosity. Ideal for the formulation of high-solid or solvent-free coatings
- High reactivity to improve the production efficiency. React with HDI Trimer and dry in 15 minutes
- Coating films produced with F423 exhibit excellent fullness, levelling performance and high gloss. They exhibit excellent weather resistance, water resistance, solvent resistance, acid and alkali resistance, salt spray resistance and other properties. High hardness up to 2H and excellent abrasive resistance
- Excellent adhesion with ABS, PC, PVC and other plastics and a variety of metals
- F423 has excellent compatibility with most of hydroxy acrylic resin and cellulose acetate butyrates (CAB)
- It can not only be used with our elastic curing agent to make elastic materials with excellent mechanical properties (elongation 400%, tensile strength 25MPa), but also can be used with rigid curing agent, HDI Trimer (or dimer) to make rigid film (hardness 2H)
- F423 can serve as chain extender or R component in Spray Polyurea Elastic. (SPUA)
Applications
- F423 can be used in various high-grade paint fields, such as automobile paint, high-grade wood paint and so on. It can also improve the fullness, lustre, hardness of paint film and speed up the drying process.
- F423 can be used to make anti-corrosion coatings for steel structure, oil pipeline and other light or heavy anti-corrosion fields
- F423 can be used for foam landscape, concrete waterproof material and other applications
- F423 can be used in the wind blade coating field, for products such as such as gel coat, putty and topcoats.

Shelf Life / Storage
FEISPARTIC F423 must be stored in airtight containers to prevent contact with moisture. Recommended storage temperature is below 40°C (≤104°F). The shelf life of FEISPARTIC F423 in the closed original container is 12 months.
FEISPARTIC F423 is combustible and should be stored at the temperature below 40 ℃. It should be kept away from fire source and stored in a cool, dry and ventilated environment. The storage period is 12 months.
Note: The coating formulated with FEISPARTIC F420 should be tested for performance after one week’s maintenance.

Feispartic F520 is a solvent free amino functional co-reactant for polyisocyanates.
Properties
- F520 is solvent-free with low viscosity and a long pot life. Ideal for the formulation of high-solid or solvent-free coatings
- Coating films produced with F520 have excellent fullness, levelling performance and high gloss. They exhibit excellent weather resistance, water resistance, solvent resistance, acid and alkali resistance, salt spray resistance and other properties.
- High hardness up to 2H and excellent abrasive resistance.
- Excellent adhesion with ABS, PC, PVC and other plastics and a variety of metals

Applications
- F520 is used to product automotive coatings where it can improve fullness, gloss, and hardness are required.
- F520 can be used to industrial paint and wood coatings especially recommended when high hardness and high wear resistance is required.
- F520 is also suitable to make anti-corrosion coatings for steel structure, oil pipeline and other light or heavy anti-corrosion fields.
- F520 can be used for styrene foam landscape paints.
- F520 can be used in the wind blade coating field, for products such as gel coat, putty and topcoats.
- Other features include the high solid content, low viscosity, good wettability and compatibility. It is widely used for grinding high consistency colour paste, especially for automotive repair paint.
