Product Manager – Engineering Polymers
It’s my responsibility to grow the Engineering Polymers side of our business, supporting the sales team, ensuring that the department runs smoothly and continues to make profit. Looking after customers, ensuring they always get the right material, when they want it and at the most competitive prices is what I do best.
In my mind our industry has changed beyond recognition – from the point of view of material prices, competition, product availability and the speed at which people are doing business. The operational structure at Plastribution makes it easy for everyone to communicate effectively. This is enhanced by a culture of ‘no-nonsense’. This approach to business means that we’re able to operate more effectively in the new industry landscape, moving faster than our key competitors – it’s this basic structure and approach that allows me achieve my own targets and objectives and always know that I’m adding to the wider company goals.
